Refund policy: 

Due to the nature of our products, returns and/or refunds will not be accepted due to change of mind.  However, you may choose a refund or exchange if an item/s has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the description

For any Refund or Exchanges please email All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover Administration, Paypal & Credit Card Fees that are all non refundable.


Shipping Method & Time frames: 

Our Current dispatch time frame is 1-5 business days. Our Preferred method is Australia Post. Estimated Delivery time frame in Australia is 2-10 Business days.

Express Post is an option in the shipping options at the checkout. Express can take 1-2 days to get to you once sent depending on Australia Posts efficiency to your specific location

Our generic items make up 95% of our orders, we will not be accepting Pay Later Options on Custom Orders.
